Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
