Are your albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all our albums and merchandise are 100% official and sourced directly from reputable distributors in South Korea. All album sales are reflected in the HANTEO and GAON charts.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-21 business days. Tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, we require an unboxing video showing the unopened package and the discovery of the damage.
Do you offer pre-order benefits (POB)?
Pre-order benefits such as exclusive photocards, posters, or limited edition inclusions are provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Check the product description for specific POB details.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once a shipping label has been generated or the item has left our warehouse, we can no longer cancel the order.
